
RECRUITMENT TOOL KIT: Using our customer message mapping process, we developed segment-specific stories tailored to the critical business issues in each industry. A customized PowerPoint script helped HID more clearly communicate these stories, and a corporate brochure helped them deliver the broader “Why HID?” message. We also built a dimensional, interactive sample kit to encourage prospects to touch and handle HID’s signature products. Finally, a parallel print ad campaign supported the new messaging platform, building brand awareness and inviting readers to take action and learn more.
